Ok the logo is the thing that is shown when you turn on and off. havent tried all of these but they look pretty good. it may not look right in paint or what not but it should show up fine on ur phone.
it goes under "/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/"
Welll nvm i cant seem to get them workin.
Everyone try to test one out. isnt changin like i thought it would.
after a test or two you will notice it only shows when the logo starts to shrink and the main page comes up. There must be a diffrent picture or something but anyway there you have it

This hasn't been working for me. I made my icon and I putfile'd it in the right area as both applelogo.png and Apple-Logo.png, but it only shows up as the Apple logo is minimizing.

Alright, I did a search of the Interface of things that included both logo and .png and there were only two. One is located in the Preferences.app and it's titled Apple-Logo.png. It didn't change anything though.

hmm it must be named something abstract or be hardcode in... if thats the right word but hope not

it very well might be hard coded almost like how the bootloaders are in motos, i did a quikc look around in the back up pack and it seems no animations are in there either, when i get home from work ill take a look through some more files on my phone

I don't have a copy of the iPhone restore image at work. But I found this floating around on the hack iPhone wiki. Look for the file, applelogoju2.png

Any new news on here?

i noticed the same thing. i replaced applelogo and when i powered off then on, the familiar stock icon remained until it started to zoom out to show springboard apps. i've got to assume it's hardcoded or something.
