    Are you using winterboard? I am running ios 5 3gs, running winterboard no problem. If so;

    1: Create a folder named 'icons' under your theme folder.
    2: Throw all your icons in there. Make sure they are named exactly as the app, i.e; Camera.png or [email protected] for 4s.
    3: Same goes for downloaded apps, make the icon, put it in the folder, name it as the app; Cydia.png etc.
    4: Respring, all set.

    Make sure they are named EXACTLY THE SAME. Caps and all.

    Yes, i use winterboard.
    Thanks for your help, but i'm trying now and it doesn't works!
    The way you are telling me it always worked for me too, but only with ios 3.x and 4.x ..
    I even create a new theme folder, only with the "Icons" folder inside, and some icons and it dont works..

    How it's possible that it is working on your iphone and on mine not? you have ios 5.0 or 5.0.1?
