Theme icon skins wont show
Hey guys I just jailbroke my iphone 4 and was trying to get all of my fav themes.(all created by fif7y )
My problem was after apply any of the themes, certian apps stay the same and don't change.
And trust me i've googled this and have been searching all day for a fix but nothing has been working for me. Summerboard is turned on....and all of those suggestions.
Please if someone has any idea, help me out.
And also have tried this with many themes so its not the theme.

What icons are you having problems with? I personally have gotten all of mine to change with the exception of a couple apps. Namely On This Day and the Newsstand icon. Some of them I have just made a new icon and placed in the \Theme\Icons\ folder and some have forced me to use the \Theme\Bundles\ folder. I will help if I can.

My mail and music icons wont show up. Im having same problem.
Could it possibly in the Bundles folder the name needs to be changed from "com.apple.mobilemail" to something different for 5.0.1?

I tried the Bundles folder and com.apple.mobilemail but it didn't work for me. On mine, I still use the Icons folder and have named them Music.png and Mail.png. This is working on my 3GS with 5.0.1.

Okay sorry for the late reply guys but, I found the solution through major trial and error.
Well what worked for me was (using iFile, easiest/fastest way) go into your main theme folder. Go into bundles and Look for ( if its your music or mail app) Com.Apple.mobilemail folder or Com.apple.mobileipod folder.
In the mail one find the file icon.png & [email protected]
Change the both to to Icon.png / [email protected]
For the music app, same thing go into the folder and find [email protected]
For this erase MediaPlayer so that you end up with [email protected] ( do NOT captilize the " i " like you did for the mail app)
Hope this helped If not lemme know and ill try helping you guys out.
Also i found out you'll have to do this process for every theme you have, or every theme that this happens too.
