Are you Pressing the respring button after selecting the theme?

yes mate normally when i select a theme and come out of winterboard it resprings and loads the theme but i have noticed in the winterboard app the select theme is at the top instead of being lower part of app not sure if it makes any difference also before i installed winterboard via a repo but cant remember its name daily something sure it was called
