themed dialer issue ios4

I have tried to add several different dialer themes through winterboard and everyone of them is not working correctly.

When i open my dialer everything looks normal (correct theme) for about 2 seconds and then the entire dialer gets very small and goes to the bottom right of the screen I have tried 4 different dialer themes and have also tried a theme that has a custom dialer. They all do the same thing.

If I uninstall the theme, the stock dialer looks normal and has no issues

If someone could help me figure out what it is that i am doing wrong that would be awesome. Thanks!

I've never seen anything like you're talking about. You said you're on iOS 4? What device?

Ya ios4. Version 4.2.7. Iphone4

the only thing I can say is make sure the dialer is made for iPhone 4 iOS 4 up that's an odd issue...

Did anyone figure this out? I have the exact same problem. It's only the dialer that has issues. All other aspects of the theme are fine. I have also tried several themes and they are supposed to be for version 4 and higher.

I have this same problem with the dialer, as well as the following stock apps:

calculator
weather
clock (alarms & world clock screens)

This started a few months ago during a Winterboard update. Prior to the update they always displayed properly. I've been running 4.3.2 without any issues until that update. I haven't been able to find a solution and editing the image files hasn't helped. Even installing newer dialer apps in Cydia the problem occurs. I've just given up on it, although making calls can be a pain if I need to use the keypad.
