Matte Nano Issue Winterboard

Hi,

I have a iphone 4 with 4.3.5 on a tethered jailbreak for quite a while.. My themes in winterboard are a mix including matte nano which i always had. Recently i made the regular cydia upgrades and for some reason i am having issues with my end button during phone calls, the keypad shrunk and i can barely use it and the ipod volume control disappeared i am sure there is more but to my knowledge thats all i am aware of..

The problem is only with matte nano which is weird because i never had that issue with it and i dont wAnt to lose that theme.. Any suggestions? Also why are my phone logs in Japanese ?
