Can anyone please answer this theme question?

I have an Iphone 4 and Ive been using A UINique HD Theme for ages,

When ever i install a new app the theme generates the icon to match the theme,
However when installing a new app through Cydia, some but not many match?

iblacklist and ifile for example work

where as MyTube, Cylay, Multicleaner, AptBackup, SBOrganiser and ********** dont?

Look at iblacklist and MyTube on the picture below

How can i get all my icons to match?

Download ThemeIconMaker in cydia it works for auto app icons any theme that puts borders around all your app store icons its not perfect like sometimes it'll show icons that are themed and say they aren't but its the best quick fix for what your looking for - add all icons then it'll ask you to respring and vwa-la
