Nvm... that looks good but i would get rid of the grey strip you dont need it. Other than that great!

heres what mine looks like... My icons at the bottom are at about a 65% opacity so that you can see them but still see the letters behind... I may end up using some icons that have a lil less going on to clean it up a bit

Help in Terminal with dock.
This is what i try and get....

When I try the putfile command for the dock image i get an error message:
Problem with AFCFileRefOpen: 11
What am I doing wrong guys??? Thanks for your help.

Press ls and hit return from iphoneinterface and tell me what it says. I'm guessing your jailbreak wasn't successful, or you have the wrong path.

I used jailbreak, then I ran IphoneInterface and typed ls per your request and this is what was displayed.

quick question about the dock... when i make my own, do i have to cut out the icons or the icons will be over the dock image when its uploaded?
