Adjusting theme size

Hey guys,
Can anyone tell me how to increase the size of a weater theme so that it is the same size as the layered theme underneath it? I have disected the theme but am unable to find a solution.

I cant tell you exactly without having the theme in front of me but its probably in the html file you will have to find the line that sets the x,y and adjust that however needed its usually right at the top or at the bottom but all are different so it could be different
