Name of theme/app that puts sun and clouds floating across your springboard?

Not a weather app I don't think, I think its sunny during the day and cloudy at night. You can press your apps under it.

Its a weather widget

There's one called UniAW that puts the animations under the icons

and theres one called SBAW (Springboard Animated Weather) that one puts the animations over the icons.

Both i think are not Available as stand alone mods anymore i think but the uniaw is in alot of mods these days.

best guess if you want any of them that bad is to google around for them.
