Keep on losing now playing top bar in iPod App? Help please...

When ever I apply a WinterBoard theme that modifies the way iPod.app looks, and then remove it at some point as I have got bored of it, I lose the original glossy bar at the top and I cannot get it to return unless I restore my iPhone back to factory settings and re-jailbreaking.

Some help with this would be greatly appreciated as I am tearing my hair out as restoring my iPhone and re-jailbreaking is a real pain in the backside...
