Problems with auto create icons

Hello everyone, I have 2 weeks with the problem and it can not find information about.
I have 2 iphones with ios 4.3.3.
I downloaded some themes that automatic create icons app.
In one it works perfect:

In the other don't work:

I restaured the iphone, clean the icons cache, reinstaled winterboard, compared the 2 iphones and it don't work.
Any ideas?

Are they both iphone 4s
Do you have ifile or ssh? and have you checked to make sure they files are named the same

Yes they are 2 iphones 4gs and I have installed ifile and the sames themes in 2.
I thing that's a native file corrupted but I don´t know what it's
