iPhone 4 theme problems.

I am slowly creating my own theme, but I am having problems. When I SSH the theme to the phone and select it in winterboard, nothing happens. I just purchased the 4 from a private sale. It is running 4.1 and I am able to use other themes, just not mine. I had no problem on my 3gs, SSH'd, and made sure permissions, and owner/group were set properly and it worked like a charm. But on the 4 it is not working. Am I missing something?

It is working now!! Stupid thing (probably stupid me). The only thing I noticed I did differently was the first time when I ssh'd it to my phone, I forgot to put the .theme on the folder. I put it back on with the .theme and it is working now!
