is it possible to get a clock like on the springboard's status bar, to the lockscreen status bar?

There's a program on Cydia xalled "Lockscreen Clock Hide." It puts an option in your settings app for a status bar clock.

Is there a way to do so without installing clock hide? I currently have LockInfo installed which allows me to simultaneously hide the large clock and te swipe to unlock at the same time for a cleaner user interface. Is there a way to enable or access a status bar clock while doing so, without removing the large clock all together?
