hi, im using iPhone4 4.2.1 and i check the file name for chatkit : [email protected] and Ballon_1@2x~iphone, [email protected] and Ballon_2@2x~iphone.png
For folders the name is with FolderIconBG@2x~iphone

2. there is a problem with ios 4 that theres a black border around docked icons and icons in the multitask bar that is mentioned on the "iOS4 fix" file that came with the download. I have not fixed those problems because i am having trouble with that as well. Im not sure what to do.

Try also renaming the files with or without @2x or @2x~iphone or ~iphone
