Really need help with theme

Hello, I am trying to make a perfect theme and I really liked the Glass Orb one. But I got a problem. Check out this video how it should look YouTube - ‪BEST IPHONE THEME IN THE WORLD (FREE)‬‏

Why does my dock look like this? Why don't the Icons fit inside? And in the pictures it shows 5 icons on the dock, and I can only get 4 of them in the dock. Maybe I should update to 4.33?

You might just need to install Five Icon Dock, or I use Springtomize which lets you select 5 icons on the dock.
