remove this transparency?

hello
how can i remove this transperacy??
when i rename the SBdockBG its disappear but then also the docked icons disappear.
so then, how to delete dock background but stil haven icons in dock. ?

if any other want to remove that reflective dock, here you go. -

system\library\Coreservices\springboard - rename existing SBdockBG and copy the new one into same folder.

Try making SBDockMask transparent as well.

hm i think that one is already transparent.. nothing chances when deleting file or so.
anyone?? can be that no knows how to get rid of that dock.
