Copyright Question Regarding submitting to cydia.

If i made a theme based around a football club, Would that be rejected adding into cydia?

I previously made a liverpool theme when i had iphone 2G A good while ago, and have been playing around last few days on one for my iphone 4. Its still on cydia. 90k downloads.

Back then it seemed everything got accepted, Just wanted to check about the rules regarding it, before i got into it too heavy. Been a while since i've been out the game so to speak.

If you're simply making it as a fan then you're alright (not selling it). I have a TRON theme and I have no connection to Disney whatsoever

However, if you use someone else's artwork, they can report you to the MMi mods to have your theme removed. So just make sure that all the artwork in your theme is original or created by you (or not likely to draw the ire of the copyright holder).

A football club/ team should be fine
