with dreamboard,only unfinished themes

since dreamboard has arrived on our devices all i see now are unfinished themes. themers create nice looking springboards themes but what about the rest? Lockscreen, loding screens, sbssettings and all the ui images. if you create a theme make sure to have a winterboard theme to go with it, like inav has. dont really see y we should pay for unfinished dreamboard themes when there are winterboards themes that actually customise the entire device
