Im on 4.3.1 on my 3Gs, and I have a theme that Im trying to move the dock labels downward because my dock icon is blocking the labels.

I modified the Info.plist in my themes folder, but I can only move it so much before it starts clipping. So pretty much, the labels are pretty far up from the bottom of the screen to be legible.

However, with the stock theme and the stock Dock, why is it that the labels can be squished to the bottom, but I cant do it with my theme before it starts cutting off?
