So i got DreamBoard, and installed a couple and had the same issue with all of them. After installing a theme, the icons are obviously not in place (probably because i don't own all the apps that should be in the blank spaces, so i open the theme in edit mode, and it allows me to select an app holder, and an app, but after selecting what i would like to be there, nothing happens, it simply closes the app selector, and the app space is still empty.
Anyone else having these same issues? going through that .plist just to re-arrange icons defeats the purpose of DreamBoard imo.

Try updating it and see if the issue is resolved. There was an update recently.
Also, some themes (don't know which) don't allow the edit function to work and using the plist is required. The newer themes I believe don't seem to have that problem.

I couldn't make dreamboard work after updating to 1.1.
Is there any other victims or is it just me?

Did you buy it...

Yes i did..is it relevant to mention that..?

I dunno. I bought mine through Cydia, installed it and it has always worked. The update today I did it through Cydia and it still works and has some improvements.
I'd just recommend downloading it through Cydia instead of trying to put it through iFile.

Hmmm i used this link instead
When i install dreamboard 1.1, iphone keeps crashing to safe mode forever..:s
I'll wait to see if more people have the same issue

So you didn't buy it. Because that link is starred out meaning it links to a place that contains pirated material.
Unfortunately, if you didn't purchase it through Cydia from the ModMyi repo, I can't help you as we don't condone piracy.
Sorry but this thread is closed.
