Badge icon help

I'm modding a theme, and I'm looking at all of the icons. Not a single one is green. Yet my badge icons are popping up with a green icon when I want blue, so I can't figure out what file to modify. Can anyone help me at all?

If it's the one i think your talking about it's called 'SBBadgeBG.png' and it needs to go in the com.apple.springboard folder. 29x30 in size.
