I am currently using G.O.C HD for iPhone 4, a couple of my icons will not auto-create.

Photos
Gamecenter
gpSPhone
FakeCarrier
iBlacklist
Wi-Fi Sync
Maps

How would I go about getting them to have icons? Any help greatly apreciated. Thanks!
