Can't get user wallpaper to show with theme

I'm using the Glanhander theme and can't get my background to change. I've selected User Background and placed it above Gladhander at the top of Winterboard. When i respring the wallpaper doesn't change.

Any suggestions??

That theme is not compatible with that app.

OK, so I'm not doing anything wrong then. That's good. Damn, I like that theme, but would like to change the background. Guess I'll have to live with it. Thanks!

No problem. Well, there is a way, download iFile, find the file for that theme and replace the default background with what you want. It should be in your springboard.app file.

Or use iPhone explorer for PC and download AFC2ADD on your phone then you can drag and drop into your themes folder on your iDevice Via PC.

Your favorite Apple, iPhone, iPad, iOS, Jailbreak, and Cydia site.
