Black Icon Background HEEEELP

Hi all

Im really down. Today i upgraded my Firmware on 4.2.1 and all the icons has been changed... and i don't even know whats the metter. I would like to have my icons like ---> Setting, Cydia or Themes (this are all from cydia) the normal installed apps (synced with iTunes) have got this damn black BG odr if you look at the What's A. (whatsapp messenger) they look grey. All icons are same... with e transparent BG with the .png ending. With the 4.0.1 Firmware it's worked fine... but now i don't know what's wrong
