    I'd depends on what you want to theme.

    system/library/core services/springboard contains a lot of stuff like the battery images, page indicators etc.

    For navigation buttons and stuff like that, you would have to go into each app folder separately I think.

    If you don already have the paid version of iFile, I recommend getting it. You can search for any file name, so you can see how many apps use the same one and also where to find the others you want to replace.
