Default Certain apps NOT theming. Help?
    Hi all,

I just got an iphone 4 so I bought a few themes that I found here. For some reason, the damned MAPS icon is stuck at the default. I have tried clearing the icon cache and rebooting/respringing several times. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

Ya, that was the first thing I tried. All themes refuse to change the MAPS icon and I cannot change it manually. It is STUCK at the default. I might try a reinstall of iOS, but that seems extreme.

So I started from a FRESH install of iOS 4.2.1 and the MAPS icon will still not theme. DAMMNIT. Any other ideas? I am attempting to use the theme Imagine but I had the same issue on a few other themes.

    I think maybe. I really don't think the 3GS has the @2x.png. I'm on 4.2.1 though.

So I FINALLY figured it out after hours of scouring forums. Most places say that it should be "[email protected]" for 4.2.1, however I found out that this is incorrect and it needs to be"[email protected]" notice the capital "I". What a pain, thanks to all those that replied.
