Request for a theme

I saw this new android skin this morning for the new LG Optimus 2x. Is anyone working on this yet, I don't know enough about html and stuff to even start but would be willing to help with anything if someone would do this....

I like it, but I'm not a themer. Just showing my support if anyone would be willing to work on this clock/weather widget. (also the dock)

I'm not in... sorry. And a tip, if you name a thread "a request for a theme", most people will pass over it. Try renaming it to [CONCEPT] LG Optimus Android theme you will get more responses

couple questions, are the dots at the top supposed to be page indicators or like a slider/drawer? and you said your not good with html then are you a graphic designer capable of drawing up the images neccesary to make this widget/theme?

This was a picture from engadget, but I have taken classes as a digital designer and have the tools, I could probably do it, would just take some time.
