Hello,
I am trying to help out my friend with a theme.
I only need icons and the sliders to be fixed.

Icons:
57x57
No shadow
Take original icons and put the template on them.

Also Jw if I need a @2x icon. If so make them. I already have the preloaded apps and Cydia.

If you made an icon, please say that you did.

So, you want the app store icons?

Why not just make a mask and have it done automatically?

I have tried a mask. Could you help me with the mask? I have failed miserably. Is it something in the root folder of theme?

The mask files are in bundles/com.apple.mobileicons.framework
There are two files that you want to add,

[email protected] - defines the shape of the icon.
[email protected] - adds the border around the icon.

You probably dont need the @2x if you working 57x57 icons. Only needed for retina devices.
