HELP cannot get Elite Pro theme to work on 3GS iOS 4.1!

Hi, I just broke down and bought Elite Pro on Cydia...

It looks like an awesome theme, but I just can't get it to work!
I have an iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.1 and the icons just won't work. Maybe I have the themes in winterboard set wrong or maybe they are in the wrong positions on the hierarchy. I have the iOS4 add on for Elite Pro installed as well as the iOS 4.1 Add On.
