iOS required theme name changes

Does anyone know of any theme changes that must be made for iOS 4.2.1 comparability?

The only thing i've seen is the badges arent working in my theme anymore.

hmm thats odd. the badges work in mine but i had to fix the photos and camera icon. is 4.2.1 sometimes a little buggy when jailbroken? mines kinda glitchy

yea 4.2.1 will be buggy as an "official jailbreak" has not been released still has its problems
