Default Black Frame problem when modding appstore icons

    Hi,
I have a problem when trying to mod app store icons.
For example, when trying to replace the TomTom icon with this one the result is this .

Firstly the icon is cropped on the edges and the transparent section is filled with black.

Researching a little I found out that the culprits for this are 3 files:
    com.apple.mobileicons.framework/AppIconMask.png
    com.apple.mobileicons.framework/AppIconOverlay.png
    com.apple.mobileicons.framework/AppIconShadow.png

When trying to theme these files under Bundles in the winterboard theme I created, it effects all the icon apps that are from the app store.

Does anyone know how to make this icon appear properly without affecting all the others?

    Thanks.

Just make the new icon slightly larger in photoshop, it needs to be about 120 pixels square for retina display or 60 for non-retina.

The problem is that the new icon is not square. If I enlarge it the sides will be masked out, if it's the correct width, the top and bottom transparent sections are filled in black.
Stranglely, this problem does not exist for the ihpone stock app icons (calculator, phone, messages, clock, maps, camera, contacts, ipod, itunes, photos, safari and you tube).

    Thanks,
    Guy.

Thanks, but I think that doesn't do justice to my original icon: which is intended to have a sort of 3D look.
