trouble with theemes on 4.0 fw

it seems that any theme i install onto my iphone 3g with 4.0fw prevents me from being able to access the "ipod" application. this only happens if i have a theme installed, when springboard is in safemode that is the only way i can listen to music...

any help is appreciated...

try a factory restore then re-jailbreak, I don't see a theme being the cause, somethings messed up somwehere.)

So it doesn't work without the theme without being in safe mode? Might be something you installed in Cydia. Try removing any recent things you've installed in Cydia.

Is summerboard mode on in winterboard? Is this with all themes?
