Other Site to Host Paid Themes in Cydia?
Is there another site that hosts paid themes in Cydia but just as popular as ModMyi?

Modmyi doesn't pay anyone. If you have a paid app purchased through Cydia you'll want to deal with saurik who is the dev that handles payments and transaction.
