    Default Weird buttons in MobileNotes.app

    Anyone know what these particular buttons are for?

    They're located in:
    (In iFunBox) Applications (System) > MobileNotes.app

    I was retheming the Notes app and I happened upon these 4 buttons.

    I've never seen these anywhere in the Notes app, so I'm abit divided on whether or not I should retheme them.

    Anyone have a screenshot of where these particular buttons are used so I have a reference and an idea of how to retheme them?
