That stupid darkening that occurs when you tap an icon

Is there anything available on Cydia that completely disables that stupid shadow thing that covers an icon (and is the same shape) when you tap an icon? It's really annoying on some themes I've tried, such as the Windows 7 Fantasy theme. I'd press a button on the "taskbar" area and I'd see the little background shadow thing pop up where the actual icon is.

There's got to be a way to disable it in iOS 4.1 with something from Cydia.

I cant remember exactly where it's located, Theme/bundles/com.apple.springboard OR Folders/Springboard.app. It's called icon pressed shadow or something like that. Sorry I can't be any more help.
