    Default Wallpapers and springboard folders.

    So I've noticed that if I use custom wallpaper with winterboard and I click a springboard folder icon, the background will disappear when it expands, but when I'm using a default wallpaper, the wallpaper slides down with it. I'm wondering why this is, and if it's possible to use a winterboard wallpaper that will stay when expanded.

    EDIT:
    For clarification, here is an image. I'm using iOS 4.0 on an iPhone 3G.
