Ios 4 icons in app switcher...?

I'm having an icon problem in the app switcher.
is there a way to keep the default app icons in the app switcher when using other big icons on the springboard.? (sorry for my bad english, i'm danish)

This seems like it would be hard to do, but I'd like to see if this is possible as well. I use some transparent icons and some icons that are just text (modified dBar theme) and they looks silly in the multitasking app switcher. I wonder if an update to Winterboard could differentiate between the springboard and the app switcher when replacing icons...
