So to to this you have to make a new folder caled UIimages and make "silver wifi" 0-5 and black 0-5. Just rename wifi to bars. Example folder is attached!

    I have the same question. I know that you can change them using the UIImages folder, but what I would like to know is where the original stock images that the iphone would normally use are.

    Your not going to find those really anywhere because they are compiled into an .artwork file. They have already been extracted and are available if you search around this site.
