Drop Shadows on 3.x.x?

Is there any way of getting those nice shadows that appear under the icons while on the springboard (and dock) that come out on iOS4? I'm on 3.1.3 and I want my iPhone to look as close to iOS4 as possible. Help anyone?

Yes. Install iBlank through Cydia and then there will be a new theme in Winterboard that removes the shadows. Activate the theme and you'll be good to go.
