iOS 4 and WiFi Logo

I downloaded the Blue WiFi logo in Cydia which ive used forever. The problem is once i turn it on in winterboard, it doesnt work. I've tried everything possible to get this thing to work and it wont work.

So i loaded up WinSCP and navigated to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app and the wifi logo wasnt even there! Was it moved in 4.0? Is it now drawn during runtime like the keyboard?

The wifi bars need to be renamed.

I just used to old trial and error method till it finally changed.
