Status bar and keyboard help

Hi guys. 1st post here
I recently had my phone jail broken, so happy with the results, however I can't seem to change my keyboard or the wifi, 3G and reception icons in my status bar. Have downloaded icons and tried to apply them as I would anything else, using winterboard.
Can anyone help?

are you running iOS4? if so, the protocol for naming images has changed. you'll have to go into your phone via SSH, retrieve the themes you've downloaded and edit the file names. service bars are now: Black_0_Bars.png, Black_1_Bars.png, etc. Wifi is: Black_0_WifiBar.pngs, etc. 3G is: Black_DataTypeUMTS.png. Just substitute "Black" with "Silver" for the default status bar. Not sure how to theme the keyboard, if anyone knows, help some brothas out!

EDIT: these go into a folder called "UIImages" within your theme folder now

If you're not running iOS 4, I'd grab the themes via SSH, and check the file names against Google or iphone forums and make sure they're named correctly for whatever OS you're running.
