Dumb question

I didn't see this specifically answered on the tutorials or info i have found, but can you create themes and icons on a Windows machine, or does it have to be done on a Mac?

That's actually a good question. You can create icons on any machine as long as you save them as png files.

Their is a program called iDesigner. It helps you make themes on windows.
