I downloaded a keyboard skin, put it in library/customize/keyboard skins and in customize there is no option for keyboard skins. Am I missing somthing here?

Edit: I just noticed the sticky for keyboards. So i take it 1.1.3 doesnt have the ability to customize keyboards?
