WINTERBOARD DELETED Help!

My 18 month old son in a flash of wisdom deleted my Winterboard, I have done a restore and rejailbroken my phone and reinstalled Cydia and I can see using Diskaid that Winterboard is still on my phone (but no icon) and the theme I am using is still there, however Cydia now refuses to load so I cannot download it again. Help, whats the answer?

check if you have winterboard in settings

Open Diskaid and remove winterboard alltogether, then redownload it from a trusted website and SSH the app back into your phone.
