Titlebar Sizing

is it possible to change the size of the title bar of apps like settings and sms and stuff? cause its pretty big lol. i want it to be around the size of androids titlebar.
is this possible?

i didnt know i was coming off rude, sorry.
and i thought i had made it clear enough when i said titlebar o.o
but does anyone know for sure if you can or not? cause the only people here just think you cant. i still think you can though because it resizes when you rotate in the sms app and any other app that has a titlebar and is rotatable..
