Can't change 2 icons?

Using the Suave theme and I have 2 Apps that I cannot for the life of me change the icons for?

First one is TomTom UK and second is Sky+

I have the files tomtom.png and skyplayer.png in the icons folder with all my other icons and they just wont change?

I browse my iPhone and got to Applications but for some reason I cannot see either in there yet they both work fine?

Ok managed to do it going through Raw System Files>User>Applications>

Then finding the one and naming them Icon.png or application_icon.png
