I downloaded Black Interface from cydia, and it includes these two files in UIImages:

UISwitchButtonOn.png
UISwitchButtonOff.png

They do not seem to work in order to swap out the "On/Off" text in switches to "1/0"

Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance if someone does.
