A Theme Mess.

After i SSH'd my iphone and went to my theme directory, i saw a had a **** load of themes that were from like 2 months ago.

this is after i deleted everything including winterboard and anything having to do with theming. What the hell?

And now my dock is messed up for some reason here is a screenshot

can someone tell me a way to delete everything i thought i had deleted? like old app data, theme data, jailbroken app data, and things like that?

EDIT: also i just noticed i still have reflective dock icons even though i dont have any app which would do that... how do i disable this lol...

In WinterBoard, choose "transparent dock" and it will remove that dock.
Best way to clear everything, is to restore/re-jailbreak

I dont really want to have to reinstall all my stuff and lose progress on games and all that so i cant really restore.

And i dont want to not have any dock, i want to have the normal one im supposed to have.

From the screenie you posted it is the stock dock that is showing, do as I posted above and it will go away.

its actually not, i did some dock option on some app a while ago, but then i deleted it and i forgot the name. it's not the stock dock but its very similar.

and i dont want to make the dock go away, i want it to show the illumine dock if there is one... transparent dock would remove all docks.
