Ringer problem in perfect storm theme.

So I installed the theme Perfect Storm the other night, and everything seems to be working fine. Except I noticed that when I want to lower or raise the volume of my iPhone, the ringer appears on the top left corner instead of the middle. This is how it looks.



And this is what its supposed to look like.



Also, as you can see in the second image at the top right corner, there are icons for new messages, new voicemails, etc. But this does not show on my iPhone (refer to the first image). I installed the theme straight from cydia, so I imagined it to be working perfectly fine on winterboard. Obviously, this is not the case.

I am familiar with SSH and have had my iPhone jailbroken for almost half a year now. So if anyone has any solutions as to how to fix this, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks! (:
